About me
Catrina (Cat) Madden is an elementary educator and CPT. She is passionate about (re)imagining and (re)constructing systems in education to promote equity, empowerment, and deep learning for ALL, especially in Mathematics. With authentic learning, student agency, and humanized curricula at the helm, Cat strives to create an environment of love, beauty, joy, playfulness, and above all, happiness. Outside of education, Cat loves family time, lifting heavy weights, playing softball, enjoying evenings by the fire, and crocheting shapeless-amoeba blankets.
