As an Agile Transformation Coach at Nationwide, my mission is to design scalable frameworks that empower teams to take true ownership of their work. I work to leverage my knowledge and expertise to deliver innovative and value-driven solutions that lead to high-value outcomes. Drawing on nearly 20 years of leading and influencing agile transformations, establishing new product operating models and workflows, and mentoring and coaching other agile leads and teams, I specialize in guiding complex organizations through the mindset shifts required for sustainable agility.
My passion is to empower and enable teams to work in an agile manner, focusing on the customer and business needs, and delivering high-quality outcomes. My approach to coaching is rooted in mentorship and capacity building. I coach agile leads. teams, and senior executives on how to align corporate strategy with delivery and execution. By championing data-driven metrics alongside a culture of continuous learning, I help teams bridge the gap between high-level vision and high-quality, customer-centric execution. Ultimately, I view agile not just as a set of practices but as an ecosystem that inspires collaboration, agency, and continuous growth.
